World Environment Day – Plastic Pollution Solutions  – Stage 3

Wednesday 24th May, Week 5

Send 4 of your best waste warrior students to represent your school in the ‘Plastic Pollution Solutions’ Bournda challenge. Students will work together to navigate a challenge course using map and compass to find clues and solve puzzles about reducing waste. Students will work together to create an artwork that will be displayed at the BEEC’s annual World Environment Day dinner, and afterwards at Potoroo Palace. The students will work with paper-mâché and weaving techniques to create a giant shorebird replica, in a nest woven with plastics collected from our local beaches.

Cost – $5 per student
