Digital Forests – Stage 2

Students exploring Bournda National Park

Digital Forests – Stage 2

Wednesday 7th June – Week 7

Digital photography is a great medium for students to find a connection with the natural world around them. Students will use iPads to learn methods and techniques of digital photography, photo editing and visual text construction. After exploring the forests and lake environments around the centre, students will select a series of photographs that portray the special features of Bournda National Park. Students will edit and select their favourite photos from this series to create a photo story using the Book Creator app. Students can select a photo, or collage of photos to be printed and taken home with them. Send 4 interested Stage 2 students from your school to join in the fun!
